1. Open Outlook 2010 and click on Calendar
  2. Click New AppointmentStep-1-2
  3. Complete the appointment schedule by entering the subject, start time/date and end time/dateStep-3
  4. Click on Scheduling Assistant
  5. Click Add Room button and choose the room to book and click OKStep-4-5
  6. Click Send to submit the requestStep-6
